Hire or Buy?If you only have an occasional need for Audio Visual equipment then you won’t want to spend money on items which sit in a cupboard for most of the year. The answer is short term hire. We can offer hire of a variety of presentation equipment from as short a period as 1 day and our sliding scale of charges means that the longer you have it the cheaper it gets. For example, most equipment hire is based on a 3 day week. In other words, once you pay for three days hire you can use the equipment for up to 7 days at no further cost. For example, if you need a projector for a 2 day meeting which starts on a Tuesday in Scotland but you will leave home on Monday morning then the hire could work like this:
The charge for this would still only be 3 days. We are always flexible over hire periods as long as we have the equipment available and we can deliver to you for extra convenience or you can collect from us in Worthing or we are often in London if you need equipment in the city. Rental prices start at £50 per day excluding VAT for an ultra portable desktop projector 2000 lumens brightness. Call or email to discuss which equipment is right for your presentation.
